Crafted Dash provides vending and ATM machine placement and management services. We do not sell vending machines, ATM machines, or products directly to consumers through our website.
Because of this service-based model, returns and refunds are limited and handled as outlined below.

Vending Machine Purchases

Product Sales

All products purchased from Crafted Dash vending machines are sold as-is at the point of sale.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges for vending machine purchases are not guaranteed but may be considered under the following circumstances:
  • The product was not dispensed
  • The product was damaged or expired at the time of purchase
  • The machine malfunctioned during the transaction

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of purchase
  • Provide the machine location, date/time, and payment method used

Cashless Payment Disputes

For purchases made using credit/debit cards or mobile wallets:
  • Customers may contact Crafted Dash directly for resolution
  • In some cases, disputes may be handled through the payment provider (e.g., card issuer or wallet service)
We strive to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.

ATM Transactions

ATM Fees

ATM withdrawal fees are clearly disclosed on-screen before completing a transaction.
Once a transaction is approved and cash is dispensed, ATM fees are non-refundable.

ATM Errors

Refunds may be issued in cases of:
  • Partial or failed cash dispensing
  • Transaction errors caused by machine malfunction
ATM-related issues should be reported immediately to the support contact displayed on the ATM machine.

Machine Placement & Service Agreements

Crafted Dash provides free vending and ATM placement to approved business locations.
  • There are no service fees to refund
  • Machines remain the property of Crafted Dash
  • Placement may be discontinued by either party with reasonable notice, as outlined in the placement agreement

Machine Removal

If a location no longer wishes to host a machine:
  • Crafted Dash will coordinate machine removal at no cost
  • Removal timelines will be scheduled based on availability

No Product Returns

Because vending products are perishable and sold individually:
  • Physical returns of vending items are not accepted
  • Refunds, if approved, are handled digitally

Policy Updates

Crafted Dash reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
