By using the Crafted Dash website or requesting machine placement, you agree to the following terms.

Service Model

Crafted Dash is a vending and ATM service provider, not a machine sales company. All machines placed remain the property of Crafted Dash.

Cost to Location

• No purchase, rental, or service fees

• No responsibility for stocking or maintenance

• No cash handling required for vending machines

Placement Approval

All placement requests are subject to review based on:

• Location type

• Foot traffic volume

• Space availability

Crafted Dash reserves the right to approve or decline placements.

Limitation of Liability

Crafted Dash is not responsible for:

• Power outages or internet interruptions

• Acts of vandalism or theft beyond reasonable control

• Loss of revenue or indirect damages

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
